Terms of Service
BarcodeGen is provided by Wuhan Yima Network Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing the website, signing in, purchasing a plan, generating barcodes or continuing to use the service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Service Scope
BarcodeGen provides online barcode generation, QR code generation, batch generation, Excel/CSV import, PNG/JPEG/SVG/ZIP/Excel export, online printing, template storage, membership features and order lookup. Specific features may vary by page, account status, plan level and system configuration.
2. User Content and Verification
You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy and business suitability of any text, identifiers, product codes, notes, files or templates you enter, import, save or export. Generated barcodes are technical outputs based on your input and selected settings; they are not official registration, certification, product-code approval or a guarantee of commercial usability.
You must verify barcode readability, print quality, checksum rules, scanner compatibility and downstream system acceptance before using generated results in production.
3. Accounts, Plans and Payments
You may sign in by email verification or other supported methods. You are responsible for keeping your account and mailbox secure. Membership benefits, batch limits, template limits, prices and validity periods are subject to the plan page, payment record, order record and system configuration at the time of purchase.
4. Restrictions
You may not use the service to generate, store or distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, misleading or harmful content. You may not attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload or abuse the service, or use automated access in a way that affects system stability or other users.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided as a barcode creation tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, data loss, printing waste, scanning failure, third-party disputes, downstream system rejection or losses caused by user input, user configuration, third-party services or usage outside the service scope.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the company’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. For free use, the aggregate liability is capped at RMB 100.
